Birthdays

A Birthday celebration is a special day with family and friends where the celebration must be accompanied by a good banquet, leave it up to ELMO Catering to make your day memorable with the food.

We are always delighted when invited to be a part of coming of age celebrations. These include, but are not limited to, Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. The Minnesota History Center's distinctive architecture adds a unique ambiance to your event. The Minnesota-sourced granite and limestone with marble accents add classic flair, with a grand backdrop of the downtown St. Paul skyline.

Three Rivers offers all kinds of spacious, award-winning venues, as well as meeting rooms and picnic areas that keep you close to nature, helping you make every moment a memorable one.

Landmark center

Landmark Center serves as a cultural center for music, dance, theater, exhibitions, public forums, and hosts countless special events. Landmark Center has beautiful spaces which can accommodate events of all kinds and sizes.

Mosaic

An elegant, downtown space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel that you truly belong. With an expansive terrace overlooking the beautiful Minneapolis skyline.

NORWAY HOUSE

At Norway House, there are 7 spaces available for rent, with the new addition of SUNDET FAMILY HALL. This 3400 square foot space can accommodate up to 250 for a plated sit-down dinner or up to 300 for a cocktail style reception. Depending on the type of event you would like to host, ELMO catering provides a variety of great options for plated dinners, heavy hors d'oeuvres, or buffet style luncheons, and have worked closely with Norway House on several occasions catering to different types of events.

Ahavah Cottage

Your story deserves a setting that inspires. On three pristine acres, striking black and white architecture meets Minnesota's lush landscape. Inside our grand White Room, soaring ceilings and abundant natural light welcome up to 200 guests, while our signature fireplace adds warmth to every celebration. Step outside to discover intimate moments in our wooded ceremony clearing, cocktail area and garden spaces.

**Danzinger vineyards**
Perched atop the Alma Bluffs, Danzinger Vineyards overlooks the mighty Mississippi River. Danzinger Vineyards is one of the few Estate Wineries in Wisconsin. Our vineyard boasts 18 acres of 12 different varietals. Everything is grown and produced on site which allows us to ensure only the best quality for our customers. With more than 23 years in the culinary and catering industry, Francisco has honed his craft alongside renowned chefs around the world—from the traditions of Scandinavia to the vibrant spices of India. These global influences shape the distinctive flavors and elegant presentations Elmo Catering is known for today.

Mentored by the esteemed Soile Anderson, with whom he previously collaborated at Deco Catering, Francisco brings both refined technique and heartfelt service to every event.
